I can't really say I have a preference in how you do the POV. I think it works fine the way you have it. It's best not to try to get into Trump's head as your focus is to bring back sanity to the world through this book.

    Thank you.
That's exactly my thinking (in trump's mind).
Thank you for your input on the POV issue. 1st person was my preferred, but then it didn't work very well when Phil was back into his own body.
    Thanks again.

I think what you are doing POV wise is working well. First person real
Trump would be a bunch of chaotic thoughts that mean practically nothing. His brain can't keep to the same thought longer than a few sentences, unless it is demanding to be praised.

Thank you The third person is also an effort toward self-preservation. There are crazies out there who own guns. This work is inflamatory enough the way I present it.

Lol. It must be SO disconcerting for the real Trump to be so helpless and misunderstood. You have cleverly portrayed what he would be thinking, saying and shouting out. The change of POV was fine. Well done.

Thank you. Anytime a writer goes against norms, there is trepidation.
Trump's evilness is at a level to be a severe illness. The people who guide and protect him are criminals.

I posted a little poem about leadership. It was a much milder form of the one I initially wrote, but I wanted to turn it into what leadership should be like rather than just being shocked and appalled at his boorish behaviour.

I just read the poem you mention. Just now, I don't possess the restraint required to tone anything down.

I really enjoyed the humor in this part! The guard's internal monologue had me laughing - especially his frustration with the microwave instructions. I liked the way he talked to the monitors like the guy could hear him. The whole setup is so well done. All these political moves behind the scenes. The dialogue between Phil and Tom felt natural. This is such a unique and fun read!

You are a marvel. My sinuses are drowning me. I am trying a new strain tomorrow. My sisters brought over some grub. I just ate broccoli cheese soup. So. good. I am making BBQ ribs in the crock pot. Karen

I am enjoying the various points of view within your continuing story. Reminds me of the time Fred Astaire and Harry Truman morphed into one another. Fred/Harry thought he was designing some new dance steps when he unwittingly hit the nuclear code and activated an atomic bomb.

Oh, no! Not the nucular bomb?
Thank you for your fun review.
So, the POV change was not overly rule-breaking?
