Boy, did you hit the nail on the head with me. That's what my daughter is always asking me - are you drinking water and are you exercising? I tell her I drink water when I take my pills, to which, of course, she says that is not enough. I do remember that my Mother-in-law died from dehydration. That's pretty scary. Think I'll go get a glass of water. :)

It seems to make sure we get enough water; we should drink half of our weight in ounces. Thank you for the kind review.

Not drinking water is huge problem as we age and my Mother was always dehydrated. I find myself going down the same path and I have to always have a water bottle at the ready to make myself drink.
It's hard to accept we are getting older and that we won't be able to deal with things as we age. We have to plan ahead but making those decisions is the difficult part Barbara, I empathise here as I am in the same position. Love Dolly x x x

Not drinking water is huge problem as we age and my Mother was always dehydrated. I find myself going down the same path and I have to always have a water bottle at the ready to make myself drink.

I think you may live healthier for longer if you do live closer to your children. I believe having family near is happiest.
In the future, we plan to live back in new york near family. I think it's worth considering for you.
