Nice. At first I thought this was a newfound father working out some fears about inadequaty, before he holds his child in his arms and breathes in its smell. I bet every father balks at a weak moment. Then the picture of Donald Trump comes along, and it totally makes sense for different reasons. Nice job.

LOL... a parent's worse nightmare...This is funny and you nailed it right on the head. God deliver us from him winning the presidency.

I love the pictures. I love the surprise ending. Donald Trump probably did start his life this way. I feel sorry for the step father. Great work.

Haha, Mikey, this is supposed to be horror, but you won the competition with comedy. Brilliant! Well deserved I might add. Good job.
Take care.
Christelle.

Clever, clever! So Donald Trump's look alike baby is the demon's seed. I hope America never gets to find out. You tell this so beautifully for a mini-flash, building up our interest with talk of cheating wives, fugly babies and unwanted responsibilities. The reveal gives us a kick with a laugh on the end. So well done; I'm not surprised you've shared the spoils on this. Congratulations.

I don't normally read horror and thriller, but this was not too gruesome and no blood. Must be awful to have to bring up a monster until it utters those words! Well written within the constraints of the contest. Good luck in the contest. Faye

Ha ha ha-=clever closing twist. Matches the artwork too. This is funny, and makes a great entry in this contest but it needs a few small tweaks, IMHO.
NOTES:
The child, that precious child, well, not mine(,) thank God.
Why not Brad Pitt, he's got bucks.
Spaggy. Suggest:
Why not Brad Pitt? He's got bucks.
Would I be liable if they had a stroke?
Would I be liable if they have a stroke?
Good luck in the contest, Mikey. This is likely to win votes...great POV, pacing and also a witty closing.
Warmly, rd

I was thinking, well, he's getting sort of melodramatic, until I saw the last line and the pic. Lee Iacocca, when a run was suggested to him, said it was best to distance oneself from that damned mess...this is more humor than horror, ya know...

This story certainly deals with a true horror story in the making. It seems like Trump cannot be crude enough to dim his popularity with Republican pollsters. Nice story.
