Beautiful song about a real life angel. There's so many relationships that one or the other has had to stand strong while their loved one is doing things that one wouldn't necessarily put up with, with anyone else. When reading the lyrics, it's easy to picture the angel in the song. Now to only imagine what it sounds like with the music and Melody.

As I've often said, when it comes to poetry, I wouldn't know a sonnet from sorbet. But even an untrained ear can read and enjoy the rhyme, meter, and verses they can't write. To be touched my another's sensitivities. Wow, You might have missed your calling. Great job! Wish I had a six.

Of everything I have ever written these song lyrics are far and away my pride and joy. Guess that makes them the highlight of my writing "career". In my opinion, nothing I have penned has even come close to their quality. Biased? Perhaps. Glad you enjoyed them. Always appreciate your comments and the review.

The only peace I find here in the valley is when she gives herself to me.
There may be no such thing as angels but I got one here with me.
