What a lovely poem about your family or friends who have gone on to be with the Lord. It speaks greatly of your love for our Father in Heaven. God bless you, Carolyn. Miss Sally :>D

This is a beautiful and sentimental poem that the author has created with this piece of work. This is a very nice way to look at the ones we have lost. Safe in the arms if the Lord.

Not only do I love the artwork you choose the out orange made it look alive.
You capture my attention from the star.
You and I are on the same page for I do the same things some how it makes things right.
Have a blessed Sunday.

good use of proximate rhyming with soul/holds in your abcb quatrain poem
good alliteration and assonance in deep despair
a most thoughtful poem of faith that expresses the speaker's belief in reunion with one's loved ones in the afterlife

Beautiful sky in the picture! When the world seems lost and in despair, a great place to turn, to the Father in heaven. Peace can come knowing that one day we will be reunited with those we love and have lost.

I love your poem, and I feel the same. my mom died this past March, and a very dear friend died suddenly a few yrs.before. Every once and awhile, I think about the comfort it gives me to know where they are, and that, because of Jesus, I know I will be with them, and with Him someday. The last line of your poem is my favorite. Valerie

Yeah, and He sure holds a lot of them, too, Carolyn, at least in my case. But, we can all rest assured that those of us who are saved and washed in the blood of Christ can one day be reunited with them again one day.
Well done.
