I think of a crystal with light shining through it and all the colors reflecting out of it. kind of the effect of two souls exploding when they become one. I may add the music one day if I can ever figure it out. encouraging and appreciated words. many thanks, mike

The picture of your wife and you as a young couple is the perfect choice to segue into your love poem. Like how you cover time by repeating "through the years." I am sure your wife covets this poem. You might want to check the spelling of travelors. I believe it's travelers.

Michael, are you aware that before you save a writing you can select 'spell check', which is located to the right of 'save' on your entry form?

yes. I usually do that. I must do something that defeats the purpose of it somehow. words still get through anyway. I shall try to be more careful. it is silly to spell the same word incorrectly over and over. I appreciate you pointing it out. mike

If you hit save first before you hit spell check misspelled word will go thro.

very beautiful usage of the word : crystal
clear, beautiful, rare.
Eagle, a beautiful creature indeed.
It signifies inspiration, release from bondage, victory, longevity, and royalty'- the significance links very well to your poem.
"above the tears
a single heartbeat
showing us the way
through the years"
Facing obstacles together..facing sorrow together..making the bond stronger..
"where truth is kept within
for only you
for only me"
The transition is effective is unique.
Truth is kept within soulmates..a beauty which others don't have.
That's true love:)
