You would think that someone walking in Jesus' footsteps would be for peace, but I suppose peace is hard to accomplish between Israelis and Palestinians. There has been much turmoil between them. It is ironic that it is near the pathways that Jesus once walked.

it is sad. I have read most of the major religions and if you take the names out they sure sound the same for the most part at least as far as love each other and all of that. thank you and glad you liked this. mike

oh thank you. sometimes I really do think before I write and have something in mind beforehand. usually I try to start connecting as I go and then tie it up at the end. god that sounds so insane. what I mean is yes a very constructed thought process leading to a calculated.....something like that. mike

At this time I encourage you to keep up with both prose and poetry. Eventually all writers chose one or the other but I think it broadens the talent if you continue with both. Prose is your strength, poetry the learning curve. You do well in both. This again is just pure talent.

So many wars are fought in God's name. I think when they end up before him, he will smack them all for doing all these bad things. This is a well written poem.
