Another cute and meaningful story, Carol. It serves to motivate both children and adults who don't have enough confidence in their abilities. It also helps to have a friend like big brother Max who remembers to bring your stuffed animals to the concert. Great story.

Children as well as adults often have doubts about themselves and their capabilities. I hope this story's message might help someone see the brighter side.

This is the best one yet, and they have all been great. Some people have to have help being the star they should be. It just takes a special audience brought together by a very special brother. Wonderful story.

There you go again throwing out those names and ideas that put this old twisted brain to running like a hamster on a wheel. "Mr. Pickles." Now, that's about as much as I'll respond to that name. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Your imaginative writing is an encyclopedia for all would be or wannabe writers. You keep me tickled, sometimes even with lines of your most serious stories. You just have that knack. Smiles and hugs back at you! Ric

And there is the wonderful friend I've missed...so kind, putting a smile on my face. Flattery will get you — well, maybe into a story. Wouldn't that be a riot of a ride? LOL

Another fine story - and I am so glad her brother was thoughtful enough to bring her toys and to encourage her to join in. She was brave to overcome her fear and reluctance. But she will now have the confidence to tackle other big issues that come into her life, with confidence. Plus she now knows he valueof encouragement. Beautifully done.

Hooray! Everyone needs a brother like Max and a good friend like Sara - people who believe in us even when we don't have enough confidence in ourselves. Great story, Carol!

"...gym...far too big..." "...the audience....a sea of eyes - scary monsters in the night." Wonderful descriptions of the terror most of us feel as children having to speak/perform in front of the class. I remember it well even though it was seventy years ago. A great story of a beautiful sibling relationship. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks for sharing it. Be well. Frank.

No apology necessary, Carol. We all have lives to live, and the "To Do" list can quickly become overwhelming. What is it John Lennon was supposed to have said? "Life is what happens when we're making plans." It's enough to know that you appreciate my thoughts and comments. I certainly enjoy your writing. Have a wonderful day. Frank

Sibling love can be something special, particularly whether the older sibling gives you the thumbs up, you have done your job, I think every older sibling should be like that, I am grateful to those who gave me a hand up when I needed it, beautifully written, blessings Roy

Carol,

What a sweet little story. Katie's brother Max helped her get over her fears. I wouldn't have done, cuz I would have had stage fright. Great job my friend.

You need bigger font sweetie. The story is nice, but it gave me a headache. Lots of people have bad eyes. They need size, baby, size. I was a singer too. And in a choir, or with a group I was fine. But singing on my own, I was paralyzed. Good work. Karen
