Feeling sorry for Phil and his poor feet. But it would be a disaster if they were to switch right now and Trump would be complaining about his feet. Getting complicated with all the uncertainty about exactly who can be trusted ....

Thank you. Disaster lurks.
I appreciate your continued support.

That was a miserable night for Phil. The description of what went on at that house doesn't sound like what Phil experienced. Hopefully he is still Phil in Phil's body so Trump doesn't have to figure out how his feet got all cut up. Paragraph seven you need to change spelling of bows to boughs off some of the pine . . .

Thank you for the great review and for the catch.

Well, this is really the spy stuff but poor Phil is not used to this kind of danger but it's good that it was him as Trump in Phil's body would not have made it through all that chaos. I don't know the Stephen King book alluded to, but I'm sure others do.

Thank you very much!
The King book was based on a true story of a young girl lost in the woods for days. (Not one of his terror/monster stories.)

Your story kept me hooked from start to finish! The tension was real. I felt every moment of Phil's struggle. The little details like using skivvies for bandages made everything feel so real. And that last bit with Tom and Hakeem? Perfect! I can't wait to see what happens next! Keep going - this is an enjoyable read.

Thank you. I wish I dared post it somewhere without getting skewered by MAGA.

A very exciting chapter. Phil's ordeal in the cold made me recall the time I opened the refrigerator and morphed into a bottle of soy sauce. I was there for two months. You'd be surprised at how seldom people use soy sauce. Meanwhile, the soy sauce/me wrote and published several works of free unrhymed poetry.

Unrhymed, huh? Too bad.
I've known soy sauce to grow whiskers.
Thanks for the review!
