This another good chapter, but I think I'm way out of order. I am going to read them from your profile in order. I really enjoy the details and dialogues. I noticed that the image is taken by one of my artfanreview friends, photographer. I will tell him it's perfect for your story.. :)

I will be back with a vengeance to read everything. It seems like they are posting quickly or maybe it's me. ha ha

Thank you very much. I am posting quickly - every 2 days. I'm trying to stay relevant, but Project 2025 is happening too fast for FanStory to keep up.

I enjoy reading your book, a satirical version of Trump in the White House for his second term, I assume. His chief of staff is Susie Wiles while the press secretory is Karoline Leavitt.

Your names are close enough.

I will keep reading.

Thank you for your very kind review.
I'm hoping I've changed names just enough that some MAGA reader doesn't decide to forward it on. It wouldn't take but a simple lawsuit to wipe me off the planet.

Trump is so confused by his time in the safe house that he doesn't know what reality is. It probably doesn't affect his ability to govern as he was doing such a crummy job of it before. With luck, Phil will get back in there and make more decisions to straighten the government out.

Ooo, I didn't see that scenario coming, but I like it. Poor Tom. Kept on a leash. I think he's made more enemies from within the White House as Trump's aide than as Phil's

Love this sentence: As the real Trump's aide, the interrogating eyes drilled holes.

Suggestions to consider:
Then two men looking very serious approached. Finally, Trump recognized them from the CIA and NSA. They looked at Tom...
Some form of the word 'look' is repeated here. Maybe switch out for a stronger verb: stared, gaped, appraised?

Trump slid a paper from the top of a stack and turned it over to take down the names. I question whether Trump would do this or if he would make the agents write down their own names.

It's getting good, Wayne.

    Great points.
I might change it to Trump trying to sound out a name moving his mouth, giving up and brushing the paper aside.
Thank you for another fabulous review.
    And for the six stars!

Poor Tom! Now he has to be the special emotional support dog/human to Trump no matter whose brain is inhabiting the Trump body. I laughed at him even petting him at one point. The only good thing that could come out of this is that the regulars would not be suspicious that sometimes Trump would favor Tom and others not. He would consistently rely on Tom but Tom has to be well aware who was inside the body.

    Thank you very much!
Tome would have to be VERY careful not to slip up, but also careful not to succumb to the temptation of power and wealth (an element I do not broach).

You are doing a fine job here! I do feel for Tom/Thomas as he is indeed in a very awkward position. Your chapter didn't seem too long - and I found it quite amusing about the need for Thomas to read to the president. And of course, nothing too heavy.

Thank you. Reports have it that Trump has never read a book (through).

This chapter hints of dramatic intrigue and potential events that could ensue. The author skilfully engages any reader fully in anticipating what happens in subsequent chapters in this book. The situation and images in words of the central characters is described well.

I really enjoy how your book brings a unique twist to a familiar political setting. The way you handle the interactions between Thomas and Trump is so well done. I especially liked the detail in the dialogue. The funny parts are gold. I could feel the tension and absurdity in the situations Thomas finds himself in. Keep up the great work! I'm excited to see where this story goes next.

Poor Trump! Will this ever-chnanging life never change? The incident with the book reading reminded me of past incident when I actually morphed into a book. It was an extra large-sized dictionary. I expected someone would pick me up and use me soon. I was nonplussed when they used me as a backstop for the bathroom door.

I don't know how, but I think I just replied to this review.
    Anyway... thank you.
And about the poor soul who tripped over the dictionary when sorely required the facilities.

This is a genuinely twisted romp through Trump's idiosyncrasies.
It would explain a lot, though personally I think senility is the more likely explanation than body swapping LOL
I love the humour in this and you portray Trump's confusion well.
