Rosalie, to quote Humphrey Bogart, is quite a dame but I'm sure she'll find she's no match for Eleanor. Loved that she slipped in and out of Rosalie 's taxi. Great chapter Carol.

Rosalie is certainly confident about her abilities and is very skilfully and gentlyplacing a noose around his neck. But it seems she and Danni are enemies, so who exactly is she and where does she fit in re Zhang?

Can you imagine what fun we could have if we came back as ghosts? We'd have to come together. Lol.
Rosalie is playing a dangerous game, Garland is too ambitious to let a woman run circles around him. And that's what Rosalie is doing. Now Eleanor is on to her. This will get interesting. And then there is Zhang... He won't be letting Rosalie get away from walking out on the job. Lots happening, my friend! Loving it.

Rosalie is certainly devious. I'm wondering what has transpired between her and Danni in the past. Perhaps Eleanor will figure out what Rosalie is up to, and who she is working for. Good dialogue, and good tension between Rosalie and Garland. Blessings. Carol

Rosalie doesn't seem to have Garland's safety in mind although she did give him a pleasant two days. Eleanor is certainly on the job as she follows Rosalie around to find out what she is up to.

I have no idea where this story might be going, but I'm enjoying it with every twist and turn. Rosalie and Alex have added an entirely new dimension away from the vineyard. I was glad to see Eleanor and Danni.

I really enjoyed this cahpter! The tension between Rosalie and Garland feels so real. I loved the way you set up the suspense with the sedative scene. Your characters really come to life. I could feel the mystery with each new detail that unfolded. The moment in the restaurant with Danni was a perfect twist - it was so well written! I can't wait to see where you take this next. This is a great chapter. I wonder what this Rosalie is up to. It can't be anything good. She seems like she's rotten to the core. Who is she working with is what I want to know.
