I couldn't help but laugh at Phil's plan to keep the guards from getting suspicious. Interesting, too, that there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the body switching.

Suggestions to consider:
I tried to work it out menatlly. I believe it's 'mentally'.

Now they're starting to think the same, 'Trust no one'. Looking forward to seeing where the story goes from here.

    oops (menattily)
Paranoia can be contagious, especially in a high-stress position.
Thank you for your great review.

At this point the only friend who knows his predicament and I guess also Hakeem. I hope he can work out the escape plan but what will he do outside the confines and if he switches in mid-escape like climbing the wall, how would that work in Trump's body? Hope they can get the judges changed fast!

I wrote a lengthy review and the page went away. I can't duplicate what I just wrote so I'll save it to next time. You handle the transitions well from Phil to Trump. Sorry my former review was lost for the ages.

I know EXACTLY how you feel, what you mean. The very same thing happened to me just this morning - a lengthy and detailed review - gone. (annoyed face here)
Thank you for your recovery, though.

Ha, you are doing well to have Phil as Trump trying to undo Trump' s damage while still looking and acting like Trump. And he has so many details to think about eg a predilection to oranges (guess it's his favourite colour!) It is becoming quite complex with Phil in the safe house but trying to escape, and not even sure how much he can trust Tom now.

Thank you for the catch. And thank you for your great review.
This is getting a bit too complicated for the FS format. The best I can do is to get as much posted as quickly as possible. And hope the real Trump doesn't ... have us trying to learn Russian.

And your next holiday will not be at Trump Gaza, I am sure.
He will use Ukraine's wealth to buy Canada, Greenland etc (and probably wouldn't mind Australia. There are US military bases near Darwin and at Pine Gap. He will wreck our economy, refuse to help if we have any trouble with his Chinese friends, and then offer to take us under his magnaminous wing!) Ugh.

    truly evil (sick) man.
And the Republican actions nationwide are turning us into a Hungarian-like dictatorship where they control elections by nefarious means.

Trust no one. HaThis is very compelling and tgought provoking. It's creative when we need creative ideas and outlets. I enjoy the inner dialogue most.

Best wishes,

Alex :)

Tom and Phil's communication seems to be difficult to achieve. They do seem to be on the same wave-length, but all the problems are making everything difficult.

Thank you. Imagine what level-headed federal employees are going through in real life!
(It's not their individual jobs at stake, it's the dismantling of a functioning government.)

I have been watching it with horror. Who knew there were so many ways to get around the constitution and create a monarchy?

Nicely done again! I really enjoyed these chapters! The dialogue between Tom and Phil in the first half are great - they feel natural You've got a skill for building tension! I like how you kept the suspense going with Phil's escape plan. The pacing felt just right. I think I would suggest making these separate chapters. This is a little long to read online. I'm curious to see what happens next! Keep up the great work!

Thank you. I lost the debate for individual chapters (between me and myself). Getting posted while still relevant won out.
