This is a well-written chapter. I feel for baby Maggie in Zhang's hands, and I hope she is found soon. The playful teasing between Garland and Rosalie is interesting, with each trying to gain the upper hand. Blessings. Carol

This chapter is great! U enjoyed being in The Carmichael Club dining room close enough to hear and watch the sensual game between Judge Alex and cunning attorney Rosalie. Your detailed descriptions of their playful actions added delightful mystery to the chapter. I really enjoyed your creativity with that scene.

Zhang has no respect for any human life. He sees killing someone who is no longer of use to him as his right. Rosalie and Garland both think they are getting what they want from a relationship, which isn't something made in heaven. The poor baby is in so much danger it is scary.

Zhang is a despicable person (much like our current leaders) who focuses on his wants and desires and cares little about anyone else. I thank you so much for knowing that he too shall fail. (I hope).

They'll need to hurry to rescue Maggie in time! Rosalie is playing with fire - but how did the judge find her so easily? If he can find her, so can others ... A well-written chapter filled with tension and drama.

That's a great question, Roy? Even I am not sure where that part of the tory will end up. LOl I just have to figure out how they are going to catch up with Zhang and find Maggie. thanks as always.
