I thought it was really sweet when Amelia asked Lenore if she could be her Grammy. I really felt for Amelia, particularly because of how much she has suffered and you brought this to life well in her dialogue. An excellent chapter, Carol, I really enjoyed it.

The three of them have found each other and little Amelia now has a Grammy and a friend in Rebecca. She certainly had a hard start in life hopefully that's all behind her now. A great read Carol.

Little Amelia has certainly had a hard life. Hopefully she can become a ward of Lenore or Rebecca. Evening is coming on quickly but that won't stop the wolf-dog or Garth from finding Rebecca.

This chapter is as revealing and hopeful as I could have hoped for! Amelia has found her voice and that will begin her healing! Lenore has found her voice and told of the hanging...and the cross. Rebecca? She has listened to those voices and realized that she, too, has had a part to play throughout this long saga of waiting to be found. She has a prince? Well yes. She has a purpose!

she is the woman who had the wolf-dog that found Travis and Rebecca after they escaped from the tunnel. Also, as a child she saw them hang Miriam...Rebecca's grandmother
