This is a marvelous rhyming poem that celebrates god and the human race working together to facilitate an absolute incredible miracle. It is called the miracle of creation. You celebrate with us a man and a woman committing to each other to love honor and cherish each other. The bond between the husband and wife and the bond between God and the human race creates the beautiful children that we have and they're beautiful children. Kids are fantastic but grandkids, wow I think they're so great because we can just give and take the best and then send them back home. I know that concept is not original with me by any means so it makes me think it's probably one of the greatest things about being a grandparent. Thanks Debbie it takes a sister to write something like this

Gorgeous Debi, oh you've just got the biggest heart and you always have so much room to squeeze more and more in there's no end to your love. That's so special that besides all the love you share with your own family, you open your heart to kids you've not even met. All your kids and grandkids no doubt love the bones of you :)
Love
Nicki xoxo

Hi Janet, thanks for the beautiful review and words. I truly appreciate you. So I am wondering if the four stars you gave me was a slip on the fingers since you seem to like the poem? Just let me know OK?
Love, Debi.

So sorry Debi. I’m sure it was my clumsy fingers. It’s been a day. I loved your poem and hopefully my change of rating went into effect. Again, so sorry. Your poems are always a delight.

Thank you Janet. I felt a little stupid asking, but I know you well enough, so figured it had to have been that way.
Thanks again, Sweetie.

I can certainly relate to this one. My grandchildren are my life right now. They are why I get up in the morning, why I laugh, and why I cry. Like you, my oath at this stage in my life is to help children. Helping them makes my life worthwhile.

Golly gee, they sure did change a lot in seven years. I wonder what I looked like then vs now. If there is one thing guaranteed to change is getting old gets older the older one gets.
Losing Whitney was a large loss of talent

Yes, they sure did, Tom. And thanks so much for all your kindness regarding my children's poem. There are few singers that I miss more than Whitney Houston. Loved her in the Bodyguard too. She was phenomenal!
Anyway my passion has always been about children so I thank you for all your considerate words. I appreciate it very much.
Thanks again, my dear friend. Love, Deb

Strike me lucky, a football team. And you are the head coach and beginning of beautiful children. With all those children at Thanksgiving; it must be your turn to eat the following week! Loved it, great presentation and the Lord loves all your children too. What a legacy. Love, Kace xx

This poem, Love of Children, is the theme and the proof is in the pudding. These are good looking kids have maintained their smiles through the years. Looks like the girl in the middle got outgrown by the others.

Haha, Bill, that is our Kenzie who does much of my art here. And would you believe that little redhead is the oldest of all of them? Her and her little brother at the end are my youngest and oldest, but both are smallest. Just like their parents. My tall daughter who married a 6'6" basket ball player have the two on the end. He is 6'1" and she beat him at 6'2" and been playing BB since second grade. Then there is the other two boys who are medium like my my 5'10" son. They all followed their parents. You maybe didn't need to know that, LOL. but would you believe that little redhead is a tattoo artist? I am going to start using her art again, as she is amazing.
Thanks for all your great comments my awesome friend.
Love, Debi
