This is a really wonderful poem. I have been fat several times in my life and after I lost the weight the last time I said I'm never going back. If I can do it so can anyone else.

This is a very good message and it's well written. I can relate to this and so will others I'm sure. In 2019 my husband had a cancer scare. I read and we've been on a vegan diet ever since. Also gluten free. Whatever it is that keeps you in the healthiest shape, stick to it!! Your poem is inspiring!
