Very sweet words - and very true, too, of course, so it was perfect that you would complement them with cartoon artwork. How far apart in age are you and your sister? And do you live in proximity to each other? It's a wonderful thing when such a close relationship continues into adulthood! xoxo

I am not a woman and I do not have a sister, so I cannot relate, however, My wife Vicki had a sister who past away years ago (1997) and she cries for her and talks about how she misses her. With that I can relate.

Enjoyed the photo, somewhat in a comical way it gets the point across.

"Love, oxygen for the soul"

I like that line very much. Love is what turns our souls!

Best of luck in the contest vote!
John

Love, oxygen 'of' or f'or 'the soul, either works, but it generally is not extended to brothers, at least if the sole male in the clan has five ganging up on him.
I was a Pa boy. Born in Manyunk. Meyerstown 1/2 way betwen rading and the capital, and not too far from Pottstown wher my aunt and uncle lived.

Sisterly love is portrayed in this lune poem as the oxygen of the soul and I love that expression. The picture although it was chosen from Pinterest could've been drawn by a sister who is younger and full of love for the two of them. You point out who is who in the picture as though you drew it, I wish you had drawn it since that would make it truly yours.
The oxygen of the soul will be forever sisterly love.

Hi Jesse, I wish I could draw, but I can't. I had a picture of my sister and I at the beach, but I lost that picture on my old phone. Most of my other pictures are with my entire family. Thank you for your very nice review.

Sad, but you have other talents such as writing poetry. I can't draw either.
    I wish I could but I can't.
    Enjoy the weekend.

Love the artwork here. And the clear lines of your lune show the pure uncomplicated relationship between two sisters who connect over the things that matter. That being love and oxygen.

Wishing you all the best with the Contest Committee. :)

An excellent entry for the Lune Poetry Contest. There is nothing better than having a sister that grows into a best friend. I like your description of love as the oxygen for the soul. Your presentation with the cute picture is perfect. Good luck in the contest,
