Through the image of two flames dancing together, this poem beautifully captures the beauty of intimacy and connection. "Flickering as one" also suggests some kind of unity between two individuals
with strong ties. It is similar to such that "dancing in the night" is a romantic and playful image evokes warmth in a sky filled with love as we dance the night away.
A lovely poem that creates a number of evocative images.

The way you describe the two flames flickering as one feels so romantic. I can almost see the dance of the flames in the night. Your choice of words works so well. I think you captured the feeling of romance perfectly in just a few lines. This is a lovely poem - great work!
