Ohhh, whoa!! The Excellence just does not let up!! This is so fantastic!! I don't know very many moms who wouldn't defend their cubs to the death. This is a brilliant facet! Can't wait for the next chapter!! Xo

We now have a suspect. I'm wondering if Miranda can convince Mitch of that. I know he won't be happy she's interfering, but he knows her pretty well by now. I enjoyed reading this and couldn't find any way to improve it.

Yes, ma'am, a mama bear, and this one sounds like a real . . . well, you know. But it's obvious that Miranda has just stirred the pot. Thanks for sharing.

Miranda seems to have found a definite suspect now in Terence's mother, who was likely the blond lady seen arguing with Tomlin in the parking lot of the school. This is getting exciting now as Miranda is on the warpath. She may not like Dougie very much, but she and Waylon both know he isn't a killer.

Is this Terence a suspect here Gretchen? I think, perhaps Miranda should have consulted Mitch, but she can be a bit hot headed and unprepared. A can of worms may have been opened here in your story Gretchen. Another interesting chapter, love Dolly x

Quite honestly I think most mothers would want kill anyone who harmed their children. I would! Whether I could actually do the deed or not is a different matter. But I'm make sure he hurt big time.
I'm glad that Waylon knows now about how his father got hurt and about Tomlin, it was best to tell him now than him finding out by a reporter. This was a really good chapter, Gretchen, I'm sorry I don't have any sixes left, you know I would have given it one. Roll out the next chapter!! Warmest hugs, Sandra xxx

Wow! It's another great episode of an exciting story. I hope someone takes this up for a Miniseries or something. I gather we still have a bit of mileage on this trail?

Could Miranda be onto something? Terance's mother does seem to be overly cautious with her son. I don't know what she thinks Miranda can do just talking to him. Miranda may suspect her of doing something awful to someone who messed with her son. Miranda might be thinking about what she would do to someone who messed with Waylon.

Or, she's an ordinary person who sees a strange lady walk up and speaks to her son, then comes up with a clear lie.

Interesting chapter, I would watch out for too many coincidences, just when the story needs it.
