I did not laugh. A kid may have chuckled but I, an adult who's been through the grueling process of becoming one, did not emit even the slightest of a sigh that could be taken for a laugh. I'm just giving my truth

I was treated to one of these at a piano lesson one April Fool's Day. The same brother-and-sister duo also offered me an "apple bean" from a canister that, when I opened it caused a huge pink spring to sally forth with gusto. I screamed loud enough for the entire neighborhood to heard that one...and ohhh, how my students roared!! It was such a fun moment. Thanks for the delightful memory. xoxo

I remember my dad coming home with a canister marked Peanut Brittle. Same thing: when one opened the top, a spring-loaded snake popped out. He thought it was hilarious. Now I do, but didn't then. xoxo
