Well now, how we eat our potatoes says a lot about us, doesn't it Bill? Last night we had mashed potatoes, a few days ago, they were cubed into stew, I made baked garlic mashed potatoes about five days ago... what does that make me???? Haha, a fun one!!

Looks delicious and fattening. I can feel my cholesterol rising just from looking at the photo and licking the grease from my salivating lips. Shame on you man. How could you do this to me. It is early morning before breakfast and now my day is ruined. Goodbye to diet for the day as yes I am going to indulge.

I love raw carrot but not prepared with the julienne method... the taste seems different to me, I know it might not sound logic but that is how it seems to me.
I don't like julienne potatoes either , I don't find much satisfying in just the crunch.
French fries are far more enjoyable.
The last time I ate them though was nearly 5 years ago when Covid started.
