Love the picture to go with the words, perfect. Yes, it really is that easy.
It sorta reminds me of how, when working with people, or doing customer service... Regardless of your mood that day, you have to paste on a smile and put your best into it. Even if you have to "fake it to make it". But somehow, smiling goes from the outside and works in and next thing you know you are feeling happier.
