Yes, we can lose track of time especially when we are alone. So, having an interest, really helps out.
Your one-line poem is nice and so is your colorful picture.
Good luck in the contest.

Even when the clock is right, the day can still drag! When we're not having fun, those hours can feel like years...your poem captures the agony. Lol well said.

Yea, if I don't know what time it is and I really want to know what time it is, each second can drone by at a pace most suspenseful. But, on the other hand, if I am aware of the time and am able to calculate where I need to be and what i need to do and when, then the day will stream smoothly as, like a feather in the breeze, I waft from one moment to the next, like a monkey swinging from branch to branch, without hesitation, because I know what time it is, and that's enough for me to live in the moment

I like that one can clock watch from the time they start a project until the end.
Indeed even a few minutes wrong can make for a long day. I like how you value time. You've created a great contest entry

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. I hope that I'm right at least twice a day myself. I wish you the very best in the contest and may you have a wonderful new year. May God's richest blessings be bestowed upon you. Patricia.

I like this wee little verse that you have written. Your philosophical phrase is very true and a concept we can all relate to here on FS. Well done and I wish you luck in the future.
