This is a very tragic 1-6-1 poem. The words are powerful and deep. The picture compliments the story quite nicely. The words are deep, but I suppose that at some point we are all going to die.

Your short poem makes us stop short and ponder. If we knew EXACTLY WHEN we were going to die, would we have regrets? Would we face Death like the Speaker here, with no tears in our eyes? Rod
