Hi Raul.
This is a nice overview of your day. You are lucky to have your dad to walk with. I take a walk daily as weather permits. Sometimes I was with my husband and/or son. I still work 6 hours a day during the week.
Keep writing and stay healthy.

I love your philosophy for life here and it sounds like a great way to live and it is not dissimilar to the way I live myself. I love to exercise and walk with nature and being disciplined in routine helps us appreciate the little things in life and stay healthy in mind and body, I enjoyed your fine post, love Dolly x x x
