Congrats on your first post! What an imaginative poem! I love your humor. Calling bugs "faux giants" is great! The unexpected reference to the "Bugs Bunny Hour" is so clever - I had to smile. It always a challenge to craft a poem so short that feels complete and isn't cliche.
At first read this is a fun little piece but despite it's size has fantastic subtext and the political commentary shines through. Love it.
