I very seldom give out six stars to a shortie, but you have come up with a good one here, Melissa. I think you should do very well in the contest.

This is a 20 syllable poem for the contest and I wish you the very best in the contest. May you have a wonderful week and may God bless you. I'm sorry I'm a bit late on this, but I've had a very bad cold and I need to be able to talk to, my review and when I talk, it causes me to cough. Patric.

Forgiveness is a blessing...to those who recieve and to us as well. Letting loose of the painful past and letting our hearts blossom again can bring so much more happiness.

You did an excellent job of writing a complete idea and thoughtful commentary all in 20 syllables. Hooray for you!
I love the idea of unearthing a tender heart after forgiving old wounds. It shows us how it can be done with forgiveness there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow.
Thanks for showing us how it is done.

Lovely presentation and great artwork choice. Your words are carefully chosen. It's hard to forgive, sometimes, but as you so wonderfully put it, it does clear the debris from the soul. Best of luck in the contest. judi

Forgiving is freeing. You don't have to accept an abusive person treatment, the act of forgiveness still heals the heart and mind. Well done.
