I hope Aaron has a revelation about who Christ, too many who don't. But of course he will. But hero Miranda, she's a battler, and she's never going to stop living by her wits, she was on a hiding to nothing with Missy, she really couldn't have done anything else. Well done, blessings Roy
Typo : To get Waylon to(o) 2: Your ass of(f) when I told you.

Well done

Great chapter, Gretchen. It sounds like Rita and Matt may have a thing for one another. It was subtle, but I caught it.
Your reveals are so silently hidden in the dialogue that you'll miss the just if you miss a word. I appreciate how that continues to work repeatedly and cohesively in your chapters. Great Work! I love the new one too. Best, JohnC

Thanks, John. I'm sad ending the Muranda story. She's kind of my hero. Lol. Thank you for this awesome review. Gretchen

Well I never would have guessed about Aaron going into the ministry. Wondering why Missy wants Miranda there ... another surprise. An excellent chapter. I am greatly enjoying this story.

Have you more chapters in your portfolio? This was so good, but I'd like to read what happened before Miranda ended up in hospital. Reading this, I got a sense of what had been going on, you're very good at showing not telling, I could learn a lot from you. Well done! :) Sandra xx

Wow, high praise. I never put this in book format because I really had no intention of writing a book. Lol. If you look in my portfolio, start with Allow me to introduce myself. That is the first installment. No need to review but would love some feedback. Thank you. Gretchen

Another great chapter. Interesting about the reward. That could make a difference for her. You did well and not a spag anywhere. Look forward to some more of this.

Only a couple more installments and it's done. Thank you for sticking with me on this. I appreciate it more than you know. Gretchen

Reverend Aaron. It does have a nice ring to it. He is pretty cool for a young person. This is a nice chapter. Cleared up many things I have been wondering about. Now we just need to find Dougie and get Waylon squared away with Miranda. He has given her purpose in her life. This incident has been a good wakeup call for all involved I think. It's a great book IMHO. LOL I like it a lot! Well done Gretchen. Nancy:)

Oh, wow! You found a way to take care of Aaron's needs. Good job there. A perfect followthrough with his earlier prayers over Ed Preston's body. I like Aaron and, I really liked Miranda's advice to him to stand up to his parents -- to be a man! Now all we need to find out about is Dougie's wereabouts. You're doing such a fine job of wrapping up the loose ends, Gretchen.

Sometimes the loose ends don't always get tied up. Lol. But I'll do my best. Having a hard time letting go of Miranda and her gang. But it's time. Thanks for your wonderful reviews and being honest enough to point out what doesn't fly. I appreciate it. Gretchen

Wow. Aaron as a preacher?? I never saw THAT one coming!! Oh, hell, why not. (Like what I did there, Gretchen?....)
This is clicking along, which is good. I never it like it when the tying up of all the loose ends gets complicated. I'm happy with how this is all turning out. Great job, Gretchen. xo

Thanks so much, Rachelle. I'm trying to tie things up but know it's better to pace this than to have them fall into place 1,2,3. That's very unrealistic. Gretchen

Exactly. And it has that slipshod feeling to it then, too. How many pages do you anticipate it being when completed? Ant idea?
-
As of right now, it's about 57000 words. About two more chapters then it's done.

I've heard people use the term common sense my whole life, but there's really no such thing. What most consider common sense, is all the idiot prejudices that have been passed down from generation to generation throughout eternity. And maybe, we'd have all been better off if we'd spoke up and used our own minds long ago. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Ric. To me common sense is not reaching in the oven without a hot pad for a cooked pizza. Should be understood. But someone is gonna do it. No common sense. Lol. Thank you for sticking with me on this story. I appreciate it. Gretchen

This is a very well written part of your story. You used great descriptive words and very good dialogue. I need to check back and see what I have missed when I can. Great job! love and blessings, Teri

Thank you so much. If you want to go back to the beginning it's in my portfolio. Allow me to introduce myself. I never put it in book form. Just stories. Gretchen
