This is an entertaining fantasy. Fortunately cats and dogs generally lack the organizational skills for something like this. It is easy to forget they come down from predators.

Well, Mystery Author, you've written a scary horror story
in 100 words. I could see everything as I read. When animals
esp dogs are out of control almost anything they do is awful.
