Fascinating haiku. This form always amazes me because it is so concise and yet conveys so much. I hope it does well in the competition because I could almost smell the ozone in the air after reading it!

An avid poem vividly describing the force of lightening which makes you feel as if is right in front of you. Love the dramatic ending.

Brilliant. Simply brilliant. I stand in awe of this profound body of work. So much said, with so few words...Indescribable. The lightning art was like a visual razor, slicing me to the quick. Great work.

A really nice entry in this haiku lightning contest, the presentation is brilliant, the entry is a good one, it's a difficult poetic discipline for my western mind, but well done, good luck in the contest, blessings, Roy

Best of luck for the Haiku-Lightening Contest. Very well done. Your picture really fits your poem. I have always found it difficult to think that the lightening strike we see is coming up from the ground and not going down to it. I'm not really into science.
Thanks for sharing.
