Quite an accomplishment. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read. There is good imagery.

Wow, Tony! An absolutely sublime piece of writing that looks long (because it is!), but certainly doesn't feel long in the reading. You captured my attention from that first brilliant sonnet, and held it to the very end. An interesting (and appropriate) format that (even to this untrained eye) you've executed perfectly. The configuration and content allude to the life/death/life cyclical nature of our existence, rather than the linear time of our temporal reality (and from a spiritual standpoint, life progresses in/through seven year cycles). I love that you've mentioned other sonneteers on the site (I'm sure they do too!).
Surely a six-worthy piece if ever I saw/read one!
Cheers

This deserve more than six stars that I don't even have. I must confess that when the imposing crown appear with a very lengthy poem , I almost scape, but it was your poem , I had no scape, fortunately I read it, and I bow to your ability and talent , as a poet , a thinker and positively amazing.
A journey of life expressed with such elegance and craft. One of a kind my friend. Pili

I found all of your sonnets remarkably and magnificently done correctly all of your rhymes seem to be neither forced, labored or strained while you rhythms float so smoothly throughout each poem. Your integrity, creativeness and inventiveness was very illuminative. For me this is one of the most original, ingenious and On top of that it was very dexterous, artistic and innovated. I compliment you completely on your time and effort of this in depth collection of beautiful sonnets. And all of which has topics all related to each other and about writing, reading and understanding poetry. You have shown some Shakespearean pride in writing this miraculous endeavor. Thank you so much for sharing and posting your work for everyone and may you always find peace forever and wherever you go or where you are.

Un-fair, you had fun writing this one, and it shows. Great work. I haven't bothered to scan or look for clichés, nothing grabbed me in the first read that way. Heroic is the content; you bravely ran life's gamut, and survived, the better for it. Kenny

The crown is truly yours, my freind. So skillfull written in the language of the Bard himself. A biography so written is the signature of a true poet. I enjoyed reading it and see it as a benchmark in the world of poetry. Congratulation on those well deserve awards, well worth the effort of writing it. Peter

Dear;tfawcus: My goodness this is truly magnificent in so many ... actually too many ways to cover in this simple reply! I mostly want to thank you for this amazing poetic education or at least "attempt" at education as I will need to study this deeply to ingest the mass of it. But I plan to do that and thank you again. Best regards, Vance

It's a marvelous long piece of art. I know a little about heraldry. Azure heraldry and such? I did some research about the medievil times writing a poem. A nice touch and there are many words I really like. Thanks for sharing this, your majesty. Charming with a touch of elegance. Outstanding, I marvel. wackydo, some call me jester.

This is very good...I wish that that would suffice....it won't so I will meander on so I won't be pushed off this device...or be shuffled off like you do to a mortal coil...Very Shakespearean of you...I read it through because I love the seven faces of man the growth in verse ....I was not averse....but I see you are ....if not a verse a poem.....Mystery was a good note to end on ...well done
God bless

These seem so complicated to write, but you have nailed it in this piece! Wish I had the attention span to give it a go, but these bore the heck out of me, USUALLY! This is an exception! Your gift with rhyme drew me in and held me to the finish! Your Author notes are a great teaching tool, for those of us trying to learn! Thanks for sharing!
