Hi Missy,
well, to pretend these words were directed at someone else would be to dishonor their beautiful intent... and no way I could or would ever do that.
To even have an inkling that I might have brought something of a lightened nature into your scope, really is a very special thought... but I guess those special connections are the words that tie the golden thread to the meeting of souls who see and hear on a very connective level and depth... the things that attach heart and meaning to something of greater value.
I read these words and knew their exact placement of order... they hovered in the air as I reflected... absorbed and digested the full impact of the most wonderfully beautiful things you have to say... and I know it to be from that place of magic, wonder and pure of heart... this will take on a few different facets in the interpretation of how one see and reads it's sparkling allure... for me though... I am truly honored that you would open up yourself in such a wonderful-giving nature of loving friendship.
Yes my friend, this truly beautiful creation is held close to my heart... the intent of its healing has left me much lighter than when I posted yesterday... oh- what in a day, you and some really genuine-special friends have so graciously given me through the connection of the love you describe so aptly...
I know only this
Words on a page
Expressions of love
From one human being to another...
Yes absolutely!
Thank you dear-sweet friend... your words the balm of my healing advancement... both physically and mentally.
With our thoughts we create,
the golden threads of soul connection,
James vx's.

I read and replied to all of the reviews of this and saved this for last. I have read and re-read at least a dozen times. :)
You are so eloquent with each review. Soft and caring. Thank you for accepting this in the manner it was given.
Always with our words
we create silken threads of hope

Amen to that, Missy. Cling to them, then hold on for dear life-- much as you would a life preserver cast out to you during a storm after you've been tossed overboard on a raging sea. Hold on tight, and don't let go.
Drowning in your own misery is never a pleasant way to go...
"When you have doubts
Cling to those who will
Wrap their arms around you
Carry you home.
Whispering ...I love you..."
Beautifully written, Missy...
With admiration

You know it's always my pleasure, Missy.
I've been kinda busy these past two days, and not on FS too much. I thought I'd check in to see how everyone was doing.
I've been (trying) to teach my daughter how to drive a car with a manual transmission. That's been an adventure, LOL. I think she finally "gets it" now.
She has to take her driver's test this Friday in the afternoon, so we've been practicing.
In addition to that, my ex-wife's uncle passed away Monday, so we've all been dealing with that. His funeral is tomorrow. He was 72, congestive heart failure took him home. He did go peacefully which is some consolation.
Been a heck of a week...

G'day Missy. I am so happy I can now read your work again mate. This one knocked me out of the park with it's beauty. That is excactly how I feel about my Princess Delia but I couldn't have put it as elegantly as you have. Wonderful stuuf and I'm glad I'm back to read it. Cheers Fez

It pretty incredible how the right kind of loving connection can open up our being! (Especially if it ignites or at least amplifies the flame of self-love!)
This poem shows how that special kind of connection works. Turning the darkness into light! I hope this poem is a sign that the earlier heartbreak is fading away! Warmly,

Loved your poem. I have a Longarms gif file (Hug)in my collection but it won't work properly on Face book! Grrr. Depending on the receiver's Cell phone or whatever I can get it to work in messaging. Loved the picture as well. Each year as August approached (coming into Spring here then) I would say "Lord, will this be my Spring?" Well in August 1985 I met my sweetheart (married in 1987) whom I have now been with for heading to 29 years.

Justafan: is this for a sweetie? You are wrapping arms around them or vs versa? I like the whispering...I love you ending. I like the lighting a candle in my existence and your light will never dull. Keep shining in the darkness. Walk in love. Great poem and art work. Well done. Hope you post this with photos in a scrapbook. flylikeaneagle

This is so sweet and endearing. We come across those special people only a few times in our life. The ones who makes us smile. The ones who makes our hearts patter when we see their name , their picture, a note, a letter. For a brief moment that person is thinking of you and only you. And you say .."Ilove you" three very important words.

Mornin, Linda, thanks sug for the splendid review. James aka JumboJ is just that...a special person. He has not long been in my circle of friends but has brightened my day considerably. If you have not made his acquaintance, rush over and do so. His last poem is what inspired this from me.
All the best,
Missy

A wonderful expression of love Missy. I have to ask though, are you talking about God/Jesus. That is my interpretation.

No, T, it is for a friend. I read his poem yesterday, cried and then wrote this today. I think you reviewed it...JumboJ.
It could read any number of ways, but my thoughts were of James.
Thank you for this always lovely review, Teresa.

I don't think I read it. I'll go read it though. So thoughtful of you to write this for him.
