This is very powerful stuff. When the contest for the 1-6-1 (I think) is over you should put that entry with this one. I think they complement each very, very well.
Fantastic imagery in that first section, completely draws the reader in. Then the suggestion of what we send out in the middle section.
A reflection on attitudes and learnt feelings / prejudices.
I loved this but I am never good at expressing my responses to poetry, so the above may feel like rubbish!
I will say this, this is deeply affecting and I felt it.
