It's good, with the narrative progression and improbable rhyme which the best limericks should have. Just one thing: the competition rules stipulate a 9-9-6-6-9 syllable count, and yours is 10-11-5-7-10.

I know a few this could apply to. I hate it when a long-winded caller dials my number and keep inventing ways to drop them. Best wishes with your fun entry.
