It is hard to understand what our leader is doing and why he is doing it but we must protest for democracy no matter the reasons why.
I feel empowered and will continue to protest until we have equal rights under the law.

Jesse, I am so pleased you wrote about this rally you participated in. My wife, daughter, and granddaughter participated in a similar rally on the same day in Chicago. They too carried signs and loved being a part of a mass of people. You describe your experience very well. Rod

I am stunned at the way this madman has been able to flaunt his entire disrespect of the law and the constitution of the USA.
And he is doing it in a way that seems to be working, at least for now.
How far will it go? I dread to think and fear to know.
