Wow, Bill, you managed to tell a story about Native American rituals in a few words. That twist at the end was unexpected. I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and the characters were believable.

Thank you, PF, for the excellent review. Yes, the contest requires between 98-102 words. I think they allow a fudge element because word counters vary. Happy day.
