You have a good voice, but I couldn't hear it too well because the sound effects were a bit loud. I guess finding your place might be a life long venture. Great you sang this yourself on top of writing the lyrics. Nice song made on request you remember. Somebody is left in a bone yard looking for someone. But all look similar in the ice cubes.

Especially loved the imagery here:
walkin in an ice forest
wonderin' where my place is
seekin' a match to warm me
faces suspended in irregular time (*GREAT LINE)
I know them all
I like how the repetition line morphs a bit from walkin' to walk into in this stanza:
walk into the local liquor hole
wonderin' where my place is
seekin' a black Russian or two
I see your eyes in every ice cube
I remember you
Also nice assonance of I and U making a random rhyme effect.
Powerful closing:
I remember you
layin' in the boneyard, alone
Excellent assonance of O in those last two lines too.
Excellent flow.
Excellent style choice to use no end line punctuation.
Excellent presentation.
Potent message.
Bravo

Hi. Thank you sooo much. I'm so pleased you enjoyed this. It IS a song. Did you happen to listen to me singing???? I was talked into posting one of my songs, but it took me all this time to figure out how to get it on Youtube and then to Fanstory. Very crude video and recording. But, oh well. ROCKStar. hahaha. Love your website, Alex. Do you live near the ocean. Looks so peaceful there especially compared to this desert I'm stuck in. :)) I've heard your music on Youtube a number of times and enjoyed it. Thanks for the e-mail, I'll send you a note so we have each others address. I've looked for you on facebook but can't find you. Glad you enjoyed this. I finally figured out how to get something on Youtube. :)) I wish it were more than some old cassettes, but that's all I have for the time being. Thanks for the kind words. mikey

I'm so glad you had a chance to listen to some of my music. I'm still working on that every day in my studio and I'll tell you about the studio in my email.
It's a small studio approximately $3000 and it's all digital. And that does include the guitars the harmonicas and the keyboards. I'll talk to you soon and of course you are always very welcome.
