Carolyn,
Excuse me if I feel inept when reading and reviewing this one. I'm a roses are red violets are blue kind of poetry reader...

But, you were alluding to how God creates each day and from dawn to dusk he showers us with love and peace?

Am I even close? John

Most definitely, I would say you are right on. I don't often use words that have to be pondered on to find the meaning, but this one seemed to deserve a few of the 'not so simple' that I usually write. (Seraphic means sweet, in a heavenly way) You are so good to comment on everything I write, John, Love, Carolyn

Wow! That's quite a tongue twister poem. I had to look up all those special words to understand what you were saying.

Iv noticed other poets purposely omit punctuation; why do you do this. It makes it difficult to follow the thought being expressed.

Yes, it is a bit heavier than I usually write. I am glad you looked up the words. Since seraphic means sweet, in a heavenly since, it gives it a bit more depth. As far as the punctuation, I tried it both ways and it maintained the flow without, so I left it that way. Sometimes we can concentrate on the punctuation or use it improperly and the thought is lost in the errors. Sorry it was difficult for you. Have a great week Jerry, :-) Carolyn

The artwork that you choose for your poem is awesome.
It is perfect for your write. I like how you tell the emotions of dust to dawn and night.
Thank you for sharing.

Great stuff, exquisitely written, I love the descriptive language. You are talking, of course, your talking about the time sitting in the beauty of God's wonderful times of day when we sit and drink in the wonderment of it all! Well done, Carolyn, beautiful, blessings, Roy.

What a beautiful picture to go with your words of tranquility, a lavender religion of twilight! Lovely!I totally agree, it doesn't happen overnight, but surely happens if we go in that direction! Blessings to you tonight!

This free verse is well composed and the lack of punctuation gives the reader a lot more freedom to read and interpret the verse in his or her own way. Very well done. Don and Vicki

Understanding
does not occur
or simply happen over-night
but slowly transcends

Seraphic arrival of twilight

This is beautiful Carolyn and I think you could do without the double lines. It is understood without them girl. Awesome.
