This is excellent narrative amahra. You really get the atmosphere going with good descriptions of the place. You achieve a feeling of solidarity between characters near the end too. Good dialogue. It is vital and alive.

Hello amahra...
This story just keeps holding the reader. I don't know how you manage to keep it so suspensful in every chapter. This is a wonderful write and a grest read. I sure hope all three get out of there.
Warmly, Rebecca

ALthough this is the first chapter i'm reviewing of this book, it was very easy to follow. The writing is good with a nice mixture of narrative and natural-sounding dialogue. The plot sounds interesting too. Who wouldn't be lured by spooky goings on in an old mansion...and they've got to save the girl. The only thing that jarred a bit was the second-last paragraph. With three sentences starting with 'He' --maybe you could rearrange them a bit or look for alternatives. Penelope

sorry I missed the previous chapters to this interesting story...very descriptive, love the recap, and appreciate the separation between parts.

Only flaws were the extra space or spaces before "eerie" and "stuff animal"--should be past tense..."stuffed." That's it! :)

Another terrific chapter! The description of the storm as they drove to the mansion was excellent. Now that they've gain entrance to the house, Steven learns they each have their own missions. I can't wait till the next chapter to see how it all goes down.
