You have left the reader on the edge of his or her seat, Wendy. I am sure that we are all anxiously awaiting the verdict. This project of yours is going to make a good book.

Thank you very much Paul. I hope I will be able to find a publisher, as I am not sure of my target audience, yet his story is an important one.

Oh my goodness what a terrible corrupt organisation this is Wendy. After all those years of caring for Jonathan when he was happy and enjoyed his food and as soo as he is in the hands of this lot, he is injured, loses weight and has to go to hospital! The facts speak for themselves. I am shocked by the underhanded news of this organisation, they are manipulative, rude and controlling. How awful that you had to fight here for the right to give Jonathan a good life! All this should be published in the newspaper and exposed by a journalist Wendy. It is totally shocking, a fine chapter, love Dolly x x x

Yes, it is high time for all this to be exposed. The overall picture of this "service" is not a pretty one. Thank you for such a supportive and understanding review. Helps me to keep going, as it hasn't been easy thinking of all these things again. Thank yu again, I appreciate your care.

How interesting that you have drawn a conclusion for this processing of Jonathon's case with the right sort of backup, and the right type of gifted people to do so, I have become a complete Jonathon fan in the process, well done, blessings Roy

This sounds like a real nightmare, and I can imagine that you were very upset by the whole proceedings and approach of the "opposition". I hope that there was a reasonable ending to the whole affair, that you wrote very well. kay

Thank you very much, Kay. The bullying and manipulation and threats (especially as seen in the previous story "Between a Rock and a Hard Place") were very wearing and life was an emotional roller-coaster. Meanwhile I was still teaching full-time ....

I really felt good after reading this chapter. Luke was a God sent angel. It might mean the death of Jonathan if the CEO and Health Care Team become his legal guardians. Based on all the evidence you provided, I can't rely on what I think the final verdict should be, but I do know your case was well documented and presented. All you had left was prayers.

Thank you so much! Your lovely words are so encouraging and supportive. Yes, we committed Jonathan's situation and all our decisions to prayer, and asked for guidance. Luke was indeed put there by God, I am sure.

I have seen some very unprofessional people in my time, in positions were professionalism should have been the norm, but these people have to be at the top of the list.  I'm shocked at how each time they could get worse, but they do.

He of course knew all the other board members. (He, of course,)

This is very written, and I enjoyed listening to it very much. It's a shame that you had to go through all of that kind of thing especially when you were only really concerned about Jonathan care. I cannot imagine them doing that to you however, this past summer when I had to be in rehab for my broken hip and my pelvis, we had to fight the system and it's still at the point where I have not recovered the monies that should've been given and we're still fighting the case even though a judge has judged that we need to receive back at least $4000.

Oh dear me - I hope you get your money soon. If a judge has ruled in your favour, they have to surely fulfil their legal obligations, and quickly. Meanwhile, thank you for asuper review. I always appreciate that you are following my story with interest.

How heartbreaking to be put in this position.

Your "crime" was the inconvenient truth that you loved Jonathan, and in all things stood up for the quality of his life, those things that served his physical needs but did not reduce his need for joy and pleasure!

Oh, but isn't it true to the CEO et al, you stood in the way of THEIR (most profitable/least care intensive) plan to reduce Jonathan to "The " PEG" and the "Fall" and the "Broken Jaw" --

You were up against a rigged system!

Sadly, I've seen these go very wrong.

As I await your next post I am thankful for Luke, for you and your family...

And praying that this time the Tribunal had the wisdom of Geppetto-- who recognized a "real boy" when he saw one!

(In this case a very real, truly beloved, young man!)

I am so proud of the way your family came together to protect Jonathan and you. What a nasty group of people were in charge of Jonathan's care. I'm so thankful you persisted and the representative there showed her true colors and those of the ones she represented. I can't wait for the next version of the story.

My heart goes out to you and your family for having to face these unspeakable things. People like these people should be imprisoned for what they did to Jonathan. I've got chills running up and down my arms and I want to scream. My love, prayers and hugs go out to you.

((Hugs)) and love, Carol
