Missed being here, I am catching up the best I can. My immune system must be on vacation. I have laryngitis and all the crude that goes with it now. The Dr says I am 'run down'.. actually I feel more like I've been 'run over.'

I appreciate this great review Jax, and the best wishes for the entry. It would be nice to win.

I so enjoyed reading 'Lost' last evening.

Thanks... (*<*) If I ever start posting '2' books at the same time again that I have not yet written.....you have my permission to shoot my backside! What a job to try staying caught up. Especially with all the trauma going on with my son. At least my writing is a great escape. Glad you're enjoying.

Goodness, you just can't catch a break. After all you've been through---easy to see how you would be run down.

I'm behind on your son. Is he ill? Whatever his problems I'll be praying things improve. It is hard on the parent as well.
I actually feel better today. Even exercised a little out on the screen porch.

A beautifully structured and rhymed tiolet poem of faith. Repetition of the key line "Lord my soul is thine alone" emphasizes the core message of humility. As your first tiolet, you wrote it with simplicity and elegance. Thank you for sharing and I wish you success in the contest.

This meets the contest requirements nicely! High five for giving it a go and I can relate as my first one felt like labor pains as well LOL. I thoroughly enjoyed this and the only thing the infamous committee might balk at is whether or not the iambic pentameter is up to snuff from their perspective. I can't judge one iambic from a pentameter so I LIKE IT! I wish you all the best in the judging and thank you very much for trying it.
