Very well done, oh mystery writer. This is a neat, tucked in, symmetrical and darkly humorous piece that worked beautifully with the prompt and also as a proper short story.

This is really good. I think it will be a strong contestant in the competition. Thanks for sharing. Would have loved a bit more as I felt it ended a litle abruptly. However, good job overall.
