Hi Sally,
Briefest, simplest, best, and most asssuredly relieving message on
best way to end the day to sleep in peace! It doesn't have to be
as complicated as some people think or as mysterious mystery
on this kind of simple basic task. Thanks for sharing dear....
best of luck in contest!

Hello Sally :)
I enjoyed your poem and the artwork is gorgeous.
I try to go to bed with a clear and positive mind, but often I'm laid awake worrying about things beyond my control. I need to try and switch off, or perhaps try some kind of meditation to soothe me to sleep on restless nights. What's your secret?!
Good luck in the contest.
Best wishes as always, Debra :) x

Thank you, dear Debra. Yes, letting those things go that we have no control over makes all the difference. Chamomile tea is great, too. Sending you my best today as always,

Hi Sally,
I don't sleep very well. Most nights, 5-6 hours. And I pay the price, especially when I'm driving the car.
Falling asleep is no problem. I'm out like a light in no time at all. But I'm a light sleeper. And I wake up early each day. This morning, I was up around 5:30AM. You'd think I was a farmer!
I remember sleeping at the cottage. Up at Washdemoak Lake, when you turned out the light it was so black you couldn't see your hand in front of your face. I'd lay there and listen to the loons. It was a nice way to fall asleep. But as I said, then I'm up early. How do you have any peace with 2 cairn terriers wanting to get out for a walk? Imagine, walking the lake road at 5:30AM!
I need to be able to let go of things that rob me of morning sleep!
Nice entry for the 15 syllable contest. Good Luck!
Hugs,
Kimbob

Good Morning, Sally!
A wise philosophy! Worrying robs one of sleep and can only serve to add stress. There is so much chaos in our world today; easy to worry. But letting go - giving your worry to God - brings peace.
Thank you for sharing!

I enjoyed reading your contest entry. Yes, that is the best way to do it. Hand it over to God. It is easier said than done. I often have to ask God's help in doing it. I wish you the best of luck with the contest.
