I loved the warm sentiments here Yvette, albeit filled also with grief and loss, such a yearning I have known, I wish you luck with the contest, love Dolly x

Thanx for the read and review, Dolly! :) You know, I wrote this one on a rainy day when I already had 'the blues' ... not a broken heart, just the occasional 'female thang' (seems no matter how old we get, the hormones still catch up to us once in a while!! lol) ... but it made the mood and word choice more 'straight forward'. :) ;) :) Thanx, as always, for dropping by and be sure to have great remainder of the week filled with adventures of the heart or of the mind (or both!!)! :) :) Yvette :)

Hi there Yvette.
This is a great poem and excellent entry for the minute competition.
It is also very poignant. I wish you lots of luck in the contest. Best wishes. Jen.

A very well-written Minute poem. When we miss someone special by our side, we seek him/her in everything we do. We feel their presence in the warmth of the sun, but we wish they will rather come back soon.

I'm sorry Yvette, I completely missed the message of this, still a great work. What a highly pragmatic and brilliant way of explaining the physical application of that most elusive of all love, that between a man and a woman, but then again, it could be other forms. I guess that's the froth and bubble application, whereas the Jesus application is a far more practical and unconditional form, free of an emotional necessity. Much more reliable. Well done Yvette, great work, articulate and wise, blessings, Roy
