Hah, well, it's far from writing or graphics, Bob, but I appreciate that you, at least, believe that to be so. I am trying to get a publisher on my hook. No bites yet, but I'll certainly keep trying!
Thanks for the glowing review, my dear friend...

Hi Dean,
Can I give you 12 stars? 6 for the fantastic poem, and 6 more for giving me goosebumps with the author's notes.:)
I'd like to know where in India is the 2nd haunted place that you mentioned.
I think most legends start by rumors. Or I'd like to think that, for the sake of my sanity :)
This was a wonderful poem. Thanks for sharing and have a great day!
Regards,
Namratha

Thanks so much, Namratha, and by all means, 12 star-away, LOL...
I could not find the place in India, only that there was such a place. I'd certainly love to know more about it. I'm sure it would make for an excellent horror tale!
I really appreciate your spectacular review, my friend!

What a story. This should get folks to thinking about this Halloween thing. Sounds like the old grave digger had a rough start in life and ended the same way...too Bad.
Great piece

Heh, yes, it certainly sounds that way, ELumpkins. Perhaps he should have courted livelier ladies instead, LOL...
Thanks, my friend.

Hi Dean Kuch
An interesting way to tell a spooky tale, one which seems to have a lot of traction as 'faith' slips from western populations. It often intrigues me that the US seems to have an inordinate number of such places, certainly more than we have in Europe.

Thank you, Patrick. Ireland certainly has it's fair share of folklore, myths and ghastly legends. I draw from them quite frequently for my writing.
You're right, though, we sure have an abundance here, in the good old US of A!

The poor caretaker's perverted pleasure with Myrtle Jasmine
didn't work out as he planned and Myrtle had the last laugh,
she is entombed with the dead caretaker. Great work.
