Hi Sandra, For a minute there I thought she was going to go over to her husband....try to take his hand...and tell him...I might have been wrong about you...your not the crazy one.......but she came to her senses and of course believed the ghost....you know....her new BFF....as Mildred would say....oh Lordy....not sure if this will do what they were trying to do....he may scare for second.... but we will just have to see....but whatever they are trying to do they better do it fast....he's working on something not good....another awesome chapter sweet girl...and I'm loving your story told Mildred...LOL....you to are so much alike....very well written my fabulous sweet friend....much love you...Linda xxoo

No, we haven't heard a thing yet. Maggie told me she will phone me as soon as she has some news. I just hope they have been able to do the operation, but it depends on how bad it is, and whether Ian's body will be able to take it. I have been on edge all day. I'll let you know if I hear anything. Thanks, dear friend. xxx

Wow, the intrigue continues. Good job, Sandra. You gave readers valuable info of what was to come. I loved the line about 'if ghosts could pale.' The lines about him having a heart attack were good, too. But as you wrote, too convenient. The cliffhanger is great. Now we know a bit of his strategy and the ladies know what they have to do to stop him--well they have to get an idea based on what he had been reading. Good job and thanks for sharing. Jan
