Obviously, everyone needs a safe place to go to feel warm and protected and as if someone cares. This is a precious poem and shows your sweet and sincere heart, Chrissy. I enjoyed it very much. It's a completely different take than the others I've seen so far.

Sweet dreams allow him to be free
Amongst the purple skies
His friends a dog and a giraffe
With them he never cries.

Yes everyone does need a safe haven. this image just seemed to create this sad story and I like to be different with my writing and I look forward to read the others, Glad you liked this and the stanza was one of my favourites too ( am I allowed to say that LOL ) Many Cheers for your support Christine😀
