This is an interesting poem that the author has created with this piece of writing. Yes, drinking and driving are a problem here in the Uk too, and this is a great way to tackle the problem with a bit of humour. Well done and happy new year.

Thanks, Tomes.
Perhaps there is a little message there, but I'm pretty sure it will be lost in the turmoil and fun of the piece.

Well written poem with a touch of humor thrown in for good measure.
Seems ole Mrs. Claus got way too uppity for her britches in the end of the poem.
Liked the notion of selling the reindeer hides for chamois.
Leave old, fat Santa at the North Pole drinking all he wants.
Should be a good contest entry.

Have a great New Year - don't be tempted to follow Santa's example.

What a great funny poem, the picture is brilliant. I love the idea of a bad behaving father Christmas. I think the idea that his wife wants to divorce him makes his behaviour more realistic.

Oh you made me laugh in this one. This version of Santa story is one of the funniest ever I have reviewed and you presented them as flesh and blood couple, just normal couples having a fight that leads to filing of divorce. Really a cute version. Thankas for sharing. God bless.

Hello Steve :)
LOL I love your funny poem, it made me laugh. Mrs. Claus wants a divorce! She's had it up to here! I enjoyed reading your poem about Christmas. The rhyming is not forced nor labored and helpful in the rhythmic flow. The poem is very easy to read, and has good use of enjambment. It was a pleasure to read and review for you.

Humorous, Mrs Claus will not allowed anybody to mess with her not even Santa have a chance, I think Santa went a little over board this time and have to face the consequences.
