I like it. I tried one of these for the last contest and I thought mine was pretty good - but it wasn't this good. This packs a great message in addition to meeting the contest requirements.. I love the idea of circumstances forcing us to take a side - to live out principles.

Well, you've done an excellent job with this poem, Loanna Lois. Love your choice of opposites, but it was the cleverness and truth conveyed in your juxtaposed lines that hit me.

I only give a six if it is truly worth it. It stops at 6 but would give more for insight like this. Generally they do force me to stand, principles that is. Thanks for the privilege of reading your work.
