G'day Carolyn. You are starting to turn me into a fan of these little tiny pieces, when you can say in three short lines when it would take me 10 stanzas LOL. Great job and well said mate, cheers Fez

Hi Fez,
Brevity has not always been a strong point with me, however, short poems do help discipline me a little. LOL I am so happy you enjoyed this one.

You're absolutely correct when you say these things Carolyn, we don't say these these things if we're in facts not practising them, because they don't mean a thing, as in the gospel, we walk in the love of God! Well done, beautifully said, or written, rather, blessings, Roy.

Your message seems to be about Christian faith, but it is equally applicable to romantic love, parental love and other relationships.
How else can we know the genuine nature of others' feelings than by the 'evidence'?

I like the parallels you draw here, sound conclusions. The poem could relate to many kinds of love and relationships.
Thank you for your comments.

Very well crafted young lady! Direct, informative and straight to the point. We talk about love and what we think we want love to be or how it should be. Just let it be what it is, LOVE and immerse yourself in the moment.
God bless!

In your short poem, you have hit the nail on the head. Instead of merely talking about love, we should demonstrate it. The popular saying is 'Practice what you preach'. Love is preached in all major religions but still it is mostly not visible.

Hi, Carolyn,
Hey, I like the finish in your notes!! Cool (*:*)
It's so true, too. More love in the world and less war. Wonderful concept.
Great choice of words.

Short, yet strong meaning. Actions speak louder then words. If you tell someone we love them and never show it how will they know.
